They both got the same Stats.
The mana infused are an alternate way to make some weapons but are always epic (you just need to get to 100% and they will be epic instead of making the weapons a normal way and needing 300% and more materials). There may also be a mana infused recipe for a weapon that you normally aren’t able to craft and can only find in dungeons etc.

to put it simply … mana infused are “cost efficient”. i like it 
I bet we will see more of those “alternative” blueprints of items
