Spawn Locations for Skeletons in Mana Rifts

The spawn locations of skeletons summoned by the presence of liches needs an overhaul as they spawn in unreachable locations.

This issue is somehow related to the ground collision bug in the Rifts. If it’s simply faulty spawning it may not even be a ground collision issue.

Thanks for the report @newy, really sorry you are experiencing this, as I know it prevents blinkstations from working in these rooms. We’re looking in to the best way to resolve the issue currently.
