Ala Team Rocket, Biggs and Wedge, Zorn and Thorn, Beebop and Rocksteddy type where you meet them not only once but plenty of times in random dungeons and are relevant to the story.

I see a wasted potential on the TWO BANDITS that were talking on the loud speaker at Junktown, I was hoping I would encounter them but to my dismay there wasn’t any chance at all.

There was the cannon operator that didn’t want to be punched in the face. also one of the hunt bosses definitely had a feel of comedic characters. but yeah i do like the idea of these characters being peppered in more.
