In the Harms Way Sewers, when in battle mode, as an attack happens, the screen boarder shifts with the direction of the attack. When this happen there is a purple-ish opaque background were the board ones was. I have even notices that other characters not engage in the attack will clip over into this purple-ish section if the attacker moves in far enough. I have not noticed this in any other dungeons so far.

Well I hate to say this, but when I went back into the sewers to get the
screenshot for you, its now not doing it, or you could say its not doing it
nearly as bad.
So, it could be something system related on my side.
Here is a screen shot of how it is behaving now.
As you can see there is a vertical bar on the right side of the screen as
Gully’s hit impacts. I have also seen this with Calibretto’s attacks.
