Can't select switch code for redemption

Backed the game as a switch version and I cannot select. Have emailed support 3 times now with no reply (both in and outside of presumed office hours).

Would really like some communication guys because I took time off to play a game that I still don’t have. Very upsetting. Still really looking forward to it but this has definitely soured the experience.

This is the latest one I got the automated response for.

Same problem here. I tried contacting support a couple times with no response.

I have the same problem. Contacted support days ago via this site and Kickstarter … No reply yet.

I really want to play this game I have supported with my money all this time ago, but Airship Syndicate makes it really hard for me to do so ;(
